Thoughts on Psychotherapy

Experiencing pain is an unavoidable part of being alive. One of the main aims of psychotherapy is to address the pain, suffering, and stagnation that result from the difficulties that our relationships, work, and life in general present us with. Psychotherapy is also about trying to understand our failed solutions to our problems, what these solutions say about us, and how we can find healthier and more fulfilling ways of being in the world.

The psychology practice is on Oxford Road in Saxonwold, near Rosebank and just off the M1.
